Q1 · Why doesn’t my 100 W panel reach its full rated output?

Several real-world factors cut power below the laboratory “STC” rating (1000 W/m² irradiance, 25 °C, full sun at perfect angle).

1.Sunlight intensity – clouds, haze, time-of-day, or latitude reduce irradiance.

2.Cell temperature – every 1 °C above 25 °C drops output (negative temperature coefficient).

3.Tilt & azimuth – if the panel isn’t facing the sun square-on, wattage falls.

4.Age & soiling – dust, pollen, or normal cell degradation lower efficiency.

5.Shade – even a small shadow over one cell cuts the whole panel’s power.

Q2 · What if the panel’s plug doesn’t match my power station?

•Fold when stored, keep dry, avoid impacts. The glass cells must not be dropped, pierced, bent, or used as a seat.

Q4 · Can I wire two 100 W panels in series or parallel?

Yes.

•Series (+ to −) boosts voltage for high-voltage MPPT inputs.

•Parallel (+ to +, − to −) boosts current for faster charging on high-amp MPPT inputs.

Always confirm your solar controller and power station support the combined voltage/current. Panels must share the same specs. Parallel/series cables are not included.

Q5 · Why is my device charging slowly—or not at all?

1.Weather check: production dips in heavy cloud, rain, or shade.

2.Panel alignment: angle directly at the sun; reposition every few hours.
